Academy of Diagnostic & Osteopathic Medicine
Doctorate of Diagnostology
The Doctorate of Diagnostology is a non-medical doctorate and continuing education pathway designed for graduates who want to advance their diagnostic skill. It’s continuing education that changes everything, strengthening precision, expanding non-radiative methods, and elevating the future of diagnostics.
Redefining Diagnostics
The National Board Certification in Diagnostology
The ADOM Board Certification of Diagnostology Exam (ABCDE) is the only national certification that recognizes mastery in non-radiative diagnostic interpretation. It blends ultrasound analysis, lab value correlation, and clinical reasoning, earning you the respected title of Doctor of Diagnostology (DDg).

Redefining Diagnostics.
One Scan at a Time.
The ABCDE is the national board exam that validates your expertise
in ultrasound interpretation, lab correlation, and diagnostic reasoning.
Diagnostology is setting a new gold standard in medicine.

Case-Based Diagnostic Simulation
Practice real-world diagnostic scenarios through guided case simulations.
What is Diagnostology?
Innovating Through Diagnostology
Diagnostology is an advanced, non-radiative approach to diagnosis that complements traditional imaging methods. It adds a new layer of insight by using ultrasound, pathology correlation, and lab value analysis to identify disease and dysfunction faster, safely, and more cost-effectively.
A Complementary, Non-Radiative Approach to Diagnosis.
Rather than replacing existing radiologic tools, Diagnostology offers an additional diagnostic option—one that focuses on how the body communicates functionally, not just what can be seen anatomically.
Pioneered at ADOM Academy of Diagnostic and Osteopathic Medicine, Diagnostology helps clinicians make better-informed decisions by interpreting functional imaging, clinical patterns, & lab data without relying on ionizing radiation. As non- radiative precisionists, our goal is to enhance the diagnostic process, not compete with it.
