0% Interest Institutional Tuition Payment Plans

ADOM Academy offers institutional tuition payment plans that allow eligible students to pay tuition over time through fixed quarterly installments with 0% standard interest.

Is this Financial Aid?

Payment plans apply to tuition charges only and do not constitute federal financial aid. Students must satisfy required enrollment charges, meet eligibility requirements, and sign the applicable Payment Plan Agreement prior to enrollment.

What Is Due at Enrollment?

Required Enrollment Total: $600.

These charges include the registration fee ($100), CPR / First Aid fee, background check, drug screenings, and graduation fee ($500).

When are Equipment Fees Due?

Required Equipment Fees Total: $2000.

These charges include the handheld ultrasound machine with charger, iPad with charger, microscope and other lab supplies. They are due prior to course commencement, no later than September 7th, 2026, for the Class of 2027.

When is the Initial Tuition Payment Due?

Initial Tuition Payment Total: $6000.

Students who participate in a tuition payment plan are required to satisfy an initial tuition payment of $6,000. Because the maximum amount eligible for the tuition payment plan is $60,000, this initial payment must be paid separately.

The initial tuition payment may be paid in full prior to the start of the program or divided into four equal payments of $1,500, due with the regular $1,000 quarterly tuition payment during Year 1, for a total quarterly payment of $2,500.

What is the 'Get Started' Plan

The ADOM Get Started Plan begins with lower quarterly payments and increases annually. This structure is designed to help students begin training while managing tuition over a longer repayment timeline.

Year          Quarterly Payment / Annual Total

Year 1.     $1,000 / $4,000

Year 2.     $2,000 / $8,000

Year 3.     $3,000 / $12,000

Year 4.     $4,000 / $16,000

Year 5.     $5,000 / $20,000

Total Tuition Financed: $60,000

Can Payments Be Deferred?

Eligible students experiencing documented financial hardship may request to defer one quarterly payment per year during Years 1–4. Approved deferred payments are moved into a sixth repayment year and are subject to a one-time administrative finance charge.

Am I Eligible for the Get Started Plan?

Students with a credit score of 630 or higher may be eligible for institutional tuition payment plans without a co-signer. Students below 630 may be required to provide a qualified co-signer or establish alternative payment arrangements prior to enrollment approval.
