Apply Early to Secure Your Place
ADOM Academy offers two enrollment periods each year accommodating a maximum of 15 students per term. To ensure timely review, all application materials must be received by the posted deadline.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Early submission is strongly encouraged.

Admissions Requirements
Requirements for Program Entry

High School Diploma or GED
Please include transcripts. International credentials must undergo equivalency evaluation.

Citizenship Verification
Provide a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, permanent resident card, etc.).

Resume
May be included to strengthen your application.

Wonderlic Exam
A score of 20 or higher is encouraged, though applications are evaluated holistically.

Written Application
Submitted through the portal.

Personal Statement / Essay
May be completed at ADOM or through an
approved provider.

Applicant Interview
Conducted in-person or completed via the Applicant Interview Form for remote applicants.

Documentation must include:

Hepatitis B doses #1 and #2

Proof of MMR immunity

Meningitis vaccine or signed declination form

Serologic evidence of immunity when applicable

PPD (TB) Test
TB test (within the last 12 months)

Medical Clearance
Documentation that applicant is physically and cognitively capable of safely participating in classroom, laboratory, simulation and clinical activities.

Letter of Recommendation 1
From teachers, supervisors, or mentors (not relatives).

Letter of Recommendation 2
From teachers, supervisors, or mentors (not relatives).

Pre-Requisite Coursework
Foundational knowledge in:

Can be completed through:
