ADOM Academy offers two enrollment periods each year. To ensure timely review, all application materials must be received by the posted deadline.

Admissions Requirements
Requirements for Program Entry

High School Diploma or GED
Include transcripts. International credentials must undergo equivalency evaluation.

Citizenship Verification
Provide a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, permanent resident card, etc.).

Personal Statement / Essay
Describe a patient care experience or a personal healthcare-related experience.

Background Check
Upload the Background Disclosure & Authorization Form.

Written Application
Submitted through the portal.

Applicant Interview
Conducted in-person or completed via the Applicant Interview Form for remote applicants.

12-Panel Drug Screen
May be completed at ADOM or through an
approved provider.

Documentation must include :
Hepatitis B doses #1 and #2
Immunization Records
TB test (within the last 6 months)
Proof of MMR immunity
Meningitis vaccine or signed declination form
Serologic evidence of immunity when applicable

Foundational knowledge in:
Higher Mathematics (Algebra, Statistics or Calculus)
Pre-Requisite Coursework
Communication (written or oral)
Human Anatomy & Physiology
Physics
Can be completed through
