Just as every ADOM student is unique, so is each ADOM applicant. We are excited to learn more about you.

We seek students of integrity and good character. We evaluate applicants based on their demonstrated conduct, accountability, professionalism, and commitment to patient safety.

  2.  U.S. driver’s license, passport, or permanent resident card.

  4. Pre-Admission Testing  - Wonderlic

  5. Background Check Form

  6. Personal Statement or Essay 

  7. Written Application

  8. Admissions Interview or Interview Form

  9. Immunization Records & Medical Clearance from Physician for Physical Requirements 

  10. 2 Letters of Recommendation 

  11. Official transcripts  - High School and College.

  12. State or Other Certifications if applicable 

  13. Pre-Requisites: Higher Mathematics (Algebra, Statistics, Calculus, or Trigonometry), Communication (English or Speech), Human Anatomy & Physiology, and General Physics. These requirements may be satisfied through: College-level coursework completed at an accredited institutionAdvanced Placement (AP) courses taken in high school, with qualifying exam scores that demonstrate college equivalencyTrade school courses that are documented as equivalent in level and content to college courseworkADOM General Education courses, offered one week prior to program start.
