I understand that the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program is an accelerated, full-time program requiring a substantial weekly time commitment. During the didactic portion of the program, students are required to attend on-campus classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, participate in scheduled live remote instruction on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and complete additional asynchronous coursework, laboratory activities, assignments, and independent study.*

I understand that the clinical externship portion of the program requires full-time participation, typically 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, at assigned clinical sites. I certify that I am available to meet the program's scheduling requirements and understand that outside employment may significantly interfere with successful completion of the program and is therefore strongly discouraged.*

I understand that admission to the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program requires completion of the prerequisite subject areas in Higher Mathematics, Communication, Human Anatomy and Physiology, and General Physics. I acknowledge that any unmet prerequisite requirements must be successfully completed through approved coursework or ADOM Academy Non-Core Prerequisite Courses prior to beginning the program.*
