Our Team.

The ADOM Team is a group of more than 30 educators, innovators and administrative professionals who believe medical training should be faster, safer and centered on real patient care.

We come from different backgrounds, but we share only one mission: to transform diagnostics by training the next generation in non-radiative, same day, ultrasound based medicine.

Every member of the team plays a part in building something new, whether it's shaping curriculum, guiding students, supporting clinical partnerships, or expanding access through employer sponsored pathways. We work collaborately, we move with purpose, and we care deeply abou the students who trust us with their futures.

ADOM isnt just a school. It's a team driven movement to change how healthcare is taught and delivered, led by founder Kae Nussbaumer, whose vision continues to guide every step forward.

Our advisory board includes faculty, field experts, physicians and community representatives who believe in safer, faster, non-radiative diagnostics and the movement ADOM is creating.
