An abdominal ultrasound is a safe, non-radiative scan that evaluates key organs within the abdomen. This screening allows us to obtain a broad look at overall abdominal health and identify early signs of conditions that may benefit from follow-up care. This screening helps rule out: Liver Liver enlargement Fatty liver changes Liver masses or lesions Bile duct dilation Gallbladder Gallstones Gallbladder inflammation Sludge or structural changes Kidneys Kidney stones Cysts or masses Hydronephrosis (urine buildup) Changes in size or structure Spleen Splenomegaly (enlargement) Structural abnormalities Pancreas (as visualized) Pancreatic enlargement Masses or abnormal contours Aorta & IVC (visual overview) Aortic enlargement Early vascular changes IVC dilation or compression patterns Abdominal ultrasound is quick, painless, and completely free of radiation.
