Mukwae Wabei Siyolwe
Podcast Host and Cultural Curator Mukwae Wabei is a distinguished multidisciplinary artist, scholar, and podcast producer from Zambia, where she represents the Luyana Dynasty in Barotseland as a princess. She holds a BA in Acting from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and an MFA in Film and Digital Technology from Chatham University, skillfully combining her artistic tal- ents with a deep commitment to social trans-formation. As a professor, Mukwae has developed a culturally responsive arts curriculum for Pittsburgh Public Schools. She has also contributed to medical education at the University of Pittsburgh as an OSCE Standardized Patient. Her notable acting credits include perfor- mances in *Mass* at the Barbican and the Oscar-nominated film *Cry Freedom*. For her impactful work on women in African cinema, she has received the Heshima Lifetime Achievement Award. Currently, Mukwae serves as the Artistic Producing Director of Global Posse Produc- tions, Inc. She is also a Sundance Institute fellow and acts as the Director of Business Development for Afropop Worldwide, which has won a Peabody Award. In addition, she co-hosts the music podcast Planet Afropop and serves as an advisor for minority and human rights through her involvement with the Unrepresented Nations and Peoples

Jennifer is a Certified Professional Health Coach and practicing Herbalist, with nearly 30 years of experience as a Clinical Researcher. After transitioning from the academic and corporate sectors, she fully embraced her passion for living authentically, reconnecting with nature through plants, and championing nearly forgotten plant-based wellness practices. As founder and owner of Bella Vita Alchemy, LLC, she is dedicated to fostering a healthier future, helping people thrive in their daily lives, and ensuring that the wisdom of nature and modern science come together for lasting impact. In her role as a Consultant, Jennifer aims to work with like-minded clinicians and investigators to bridge the gap between traditional western medicine, cutting-edge science and holistic health practices, focusing on creating evidence-based, integrative approaches to create sustainable health solutions for individuals and communities. Jennifer’s expertise lies in securing critical funding through compelling grant proposals, leading diverse teams toward shared health objectives, and implementing strategies that inspire positive change. Jennifer is also a certified Master Gardener, loves hiking with her dog and is an avid reader. She lived in Bristol, CT.

Robyn Greene Arrington
Robyn is a seasoned impact consultant, filmmaker, and executive. Her expertise lies in developing and producing scripted and unscripted television, film, digital and audible content. Robyn's creative prowess has received prestigious recognitions, including a Sundance Film Festival Grand Jury Prize nomination and an NYU Liberal Education Award in expository writing; nominations comprise of Telly Awards, Taste Awards, NAACP Image Awards, NABJ Awards, CableFax Program Awards, NAMIC Vision Awards, a GLAAD Media Award, an ABFF Award, a New York Festivals Award, and a CTAM Mark Award. A highlight of her career is producing the Miramax nationally-distributed, theatrically- released indie film classic "Hav Plenty." Robyn's journey as a thriving survivor of reproductive challenges significantly influences her work. This ongoing stimulus is evident in her health and wellness-themed creations, such as her short film "#exercises/in/fertility," which is streaming on Mansa.com, and her podcast “Twice A Child.” Robyn's recent roles include Creative Executive in the scripted division at Paramount's MTVE Studios and Consulting Producer for the Tubi hit film The Caregiver. As the Interim Head of Programming & Production for sister cable networks, TV One and Cleo TV, Robyn was a key figure in shaping the networks' programming vision and instrumental in creating the networks' most acclaimed content, including the multi-award- winning music documentary series "Unsung;" the investigative crime & justice limited series "Two Sides of the Truth," which Viola Davis narrated and executive produced; the top-rated movies "Bobbi Kristina," “When Love Kills," and "Love Under New Management: The Miki Howard Story." Robyn's varied freelance work for HBO, Lifetime, A&E, Cinemax, BET, Def Jam Recordings, and Uptown Records elevated her diverse creative perspective while honing her versatility and adaptability. Jackie has spent over eight years working in Human Resources, specializing in Learning & Development, Onboarding, and Instructional Design. She’s worked in industries like FinTech, law, and healthcare, where she built programs to help people grow, learn, and thrive in their roles. Jackie’s always been passionate about creating meaningful experiences and making an impact wherever she goes. In March 2023, she decided to follow her heart and start her own small business as a Zumba Fitness Instructor. Zumba with Jackie LLC was born from her love of dance, fitness, and building community. Based in Shelton, CT, Jackie’s classes are all about having fun, staying active, and encouraging everyone to show up as their best self. With over 25 recurring clients and counting, she’s created a space where people feel supported, energized, and inspired. Starting her business has also been a chance for Jackie to dive into new skills like marketing, social media, and recruiting. From creating engaging fitness content to connecting with clients online, she’s been learning and growing just as much as her students. Jackie loves bringing her energy and humor into everything she does. Grace Lewis grew up in a small town in Michigan, facing the challenges of poverty. She was always dreaming of a brighter future. In her early twenties, Grace found success in the world of pageantry and modeling, winning prestigious titles and competing in some of the most competitive pageantry circuits such as Miss USA. These experiences on stage fueled her love for television, hosting and performance, but life’s responsibilities necessitated a shift. Shortly after, she took her first board member role. Dr. Tomi Williams is a physician dedicated to preventive medicine and public health. My passion for addressing health inequities stems from my experiences growing up in Nigeria, where I saw the profound effects of limited access to healthcare and education. This motivated me to focus my career on tackling the upstream determinants of health and promoting community-level solutions. At ADOM Academy, I’m excited to bring my expertise in behavioral and lifestyle medicine to empower individuals and communities to make sustainable health changes. I’ve been involved in a range of innovative health initiatives, from researching behavioral interventions to reduce screen time in adolescents to designing programs that promote healthier lifestyles through nutrition, physical activity, and smoking cessation. These experiences have strengthened my belief in the power of evidence-based, data-driven approaches to drive meaningful change. My goal is to bridge clinical care with public health strategies that foster long-term well-being.
